according to the sales department market research and customer needs, we started to develop American standard series handles in stainless steel materail.

This project is blank in our company, without any technical standards and information reference. After sample study, analysis and communication with relevant departments, we developed design concepts, and carried out a series of work such as drawing design and trial production.

In the trial production process, the product performance was not up to standard due to the improper conception of some components.

The R&D team has discussed the issue points for many times, improved the trial production, overcome the bottleneck and finally designed and produced products that could meet the specified requirements of the customer.  After the sample testing and testing of the requirements, the customer was very much recognized and affirmed, and gave corresponding orders immediately.
